Problem with video card and chipset's temperature!!!?

Last night when I've exit a game a saw with Speed Fan that the temperature of my video card and chipset was over 100 degrees. I have a 512 GForce 8400 inno3D video card, mottherboard is Gigabyte GA-945GZM-S2. Why does he gets so hot suddenly. I'm using my PC in the same way I've used before I had this problem. Since 2 weeks ago the temperature is between 69 and 75 degrees and I don't think is the right temperature. So I hope you know the problem.
